this is not actually a sales post, but it is related to selling things, so I hope it's okay to post this here. I really need your help.

I'm selling doujinshi (and other stuff) and send them from Japan to all over the world. There have been problems recently. By now I already have two people that didn't receive the whole content of the original package, but only half of it or so.
Now .. some of you are hopefully familiar with the Japanese mailing system (and the American one). When I only send doujinshi I send them as "printed matter". The package then is not sealed as people have to be able to check the contents, but the packages are always wrapped firmly and there shouldn't be any problem.
I very much DOUBT that the items got lost on the way (because why would there only 2-3 doujinshi get lost and the rest is still in there?). So either America (because this ONLY occured in the USA so far!) has post officers with long fingers that tend to open and steal stuff from packages or the customs decided that some of the doujinshi are too violent / rated 18+ / perverted / whatever and took those out. But then again the custom would at least leave a notice for the one receiving the package that they did so, no?

Sorry, I'm just confused because I don't know what exactly happened and I hope some of you have experienced something similar or can at least give me an idea of what might have happened so that I can avoid it in the future.
I feel so sorry for the 2 people who didn't get all their stuff, but there's nothing I can do. Once the package is at the office it's not my responsibility anymore.
It seems that this problem only occurs in America. Tons of other people received their packages without any problems or loss of content or whatever.

Finally up for sale is a custom made Gackt tote bag- I made it. The tote measures ~12by12in might be slightly bigger. The straps are red and measure approx. 11in. I decorated this bag with Gackt pamphlets from the S.K.I.N concert done on June 29, 2007 at Anime Expo. Originally I made one for myself and used it for school and my friends suggested me doing more and selling them, so I made one more and I have never used it. I basically covered a simple tote bag with Gackt pamphlets using clear tape. It took me around 3 hours to make the decoration seamless. It looks pretty awesome. For the bag i want to do something like an auction so I'll start it at $25+5 for shipping, i'll stop taking offers on friday around 5pm pacific time.

The box itself is a little beat up, but the figure inside is pristine. I'm not sure it's ever even been pulled out. It is identical to these X & X. If I can, I'd like around $70 for it, since the box isn't in perfect condition and all. I will take other offers.
