I'm hoping to get in contact with the seller: funkytownsundae
, from whom I purchased:
- Bleach Box Set 6: $20.91 (paid w/paypal on 10/27)
- Naruto Shippuden set 4 + Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood set 2: $41.50 (paid w/paypal on 10/30)
- Naruto Box Set 2 + 3, Haruhi poster, Bleach, Fate & Trigun keychains & the Sailor Moon Playing Cards (paid w/paypal 11/9 $38.41)
Total: $100.82 (this includes paypal fees)
I paid all separately but waited because the seller was still listing items and would combine the shipping rate. The Seller also had computer virus issues, then there was the Thanksgiving holiday, and then sent me a delivery confirmation (#9101 7850 9140 1767 9772 05) and said that the package was shipped via priority mail on December 1st.
However, it's now December 18 - and the package status has not changed from "Electronic Shipping Info Received". I've tried contacting funkytownsundae
and they replied back on 12/13 would look into it the following day. I talked to a postal worker, and they explained that the package status would have to had changed during that time. If it was delivered, the status would have been "accepted" and would have listed the departure or arrival dates of every post office the package was scanned at. I've sent a couple emails stressing that some of these items were X-mas gifts, but have received no response.
I really hate to say this, but if I'm being scammed (this happened a few years back with thedobe for $100+ also), would I be able to file a paypal claim even if it's been almost two months?
