Happy Berry scarf!
My newest creation! It is up for sale or trade:

Happy Berry scarf: $Offer

Disclaimer: I do not own Ai Yazawa's symbols, characters, or ideas. This is a fanmade product, with no official counterpart.

You can contact me by e-mail (jojin at alltel dot net) or comment. I will ship anywhere, I live in the US, in a secured bubble mailer. I have eBay, Laundro, and LJ feedback. I accept Paypal, money order, well-concealed cash, and trades.

Items can be commissioned. I realise it is no longer winter and scarves are obsolete until a few months from now. This is a one-time only scarf though, and there is no harm in being prepared for winter, right? Still, I have been known to make bags, headbands, and plushies.

What would be a fair price range to start out with?
joannnnnnnna on May 2nd, 2007 10:11 am (UTC)
I have sold similar scarves for $35 (including shipping to anywhere), but I liked to leave it to offers because everyone has a different budget.
dazysweetdreame on May 2nd, 2007 09:33 pm (UTC)
Could you possibly do $30 on it?
joannnnnnnna on May 2nd, 2007 11:00 pm (UTC)
That sounds reasonable ^-^~

You can e-mail me (jojin at alltel dot net). Be sure to tell me your LJ name, what you're interested in, the price including shipping, your method of payment, and your address! If you can prove you have more feedback than me, I'm comfortable with sending first. (See, I have one negative and I'm usually slow on shipping if I'm the last to send!)

E-mail sent!

Got it! I have to transfer it to my boyfriend's bank account, so that he can withdraw it, so that I will have money to ship with! It should take 3-4 business days, according to Paypal.

Wondering wether you have shipped the item yet. If not, please inform me when you do. Thank you!
joannnnnnnna on May 9th, 2007 08:36 pm (UTC)
Yes, I will tell you, I just had to keep it for a little while longer because I wanted to get the pattern down before sending it out ^^

It's been two weeks since I sent payment and I have yet to be informed that my item has shipped. I am just wondering what the status of my item is.

I'm sorry, I thought I had noted that I was remaking the scarf, for another, so need the original as a reference. A silly excuse, seeing as you may think the pictures would be just as helpful, but they're really not. Thank you for your patience, I will be sending out tomorrow!

Wanted to make sure the item has been shipped. Thank you!

Sorry for the wait in my reply! Yep, it has been sent, so you should get it soon :D

Hello, I never got a reply to my email regarding the bunny hat for my daughter. I would really hate to leave negative feedback here and on loligoths_dbs, and also you report you to reportthem, but I will if you do not remedy this sitation. my email remains erin-fuller@uiowa.edu. Thank you.
joannnnnnnna on May 2nd, 2007 09:25 pm (UTC)
Sorry! I have a problem with thinking I have replied when I have not. Anyway, I've been busy remaking the hat and the clutch (I was supposed to get that sent back to me, but it wasn't, so I had to remake that too). Finally, it is time to get your mook's worth in crochet, haha. Sorry about the stress and frustration. I've got your address and some mailing supplies at last!

May I ask how you made this?
If I had the money, I'd totally buy it. :/
joannnnnnnna on May 2nd, 2007 09:22 pm (UTC)
No problem. I'm all making stuff yourself when you can. I don't have a pattern, but basically I double-crocheted a long strip in white, then pink, then white, then pink. So it's one scarf by itself. I then made two maroon ovals, two wing shapes, and two flower shapes (for this, it was a circle, then decreasing/increasing to make the humps). The yellow swirl is just a single crochet strip. I hot glued things together, for the most part. I like hot gluing because it is seamless and durable. For the Happy Berries, things get curly. So set your iron to steam, put a towel over the berries, and press them flat.

If money is the only problem, I'm actually really lenient. And the price wouldn't matter, as long as I got cool stuff in return:

Well, I've only got 12 Euro in my bank account right now (~$15), and I guess that won't be enough to include shipping to Germany xD
But the idea with the hot glue is really cool, thanks a lot :)
joannnnnnnna on May 2nd, 2007 10:58 pm (UTC)
No problem ^-^~! I think shipping to Germany itself might actually BE $15, haha. If you can, I'd love to see yours when you're done! Hehe ^^
