Hi: Thanks for the quick shipment on the manga, but unfortunately I noticed that there were several light stains on the covers and back pages and all along the bottom edge. It wouldn't be worth the time/trouble/expense for either of us for a return, so could I perhaps get a partial refund? Thanks. ~ Margaret

I mean this will all due respect. I say this now because sometimes with the internet things can come out looking funny.

I sold this book for my friend, tarutaru_heaven. She wanted $5 for it. I sold it to you for $3 and $1 shipping. The only profit I made was $1. Then when I actually shipped it for her, it was $2 and change. So I lost out on this completely.

I discussed with her the matter, because I already sent her her $3 for the book. She made the point of if you really wanted a new book to begin with that purchasing it from a bookstore would have been a good option. But then you'd wind up paying full price, approx. $10. She also stated that you did buy it over the internet, knowing that the majority of thing bought here is going to be a hand-me-down. Which I agree with her.

I also understand the part of me misrepresenting the item. I also thought it was her responsibility to inform me of any defects, because they are not my items and I wouldn't know for a fact. But, as a seller, it's also my fault for not skimming through the book and informing you before sending. As mentioned in one of the books I sold in the same entry, I put that the book had been stained.

Yes, I see why you would want a partial refund, but I also sold it to you for dirt cheap. I've already lost out, and I also agree with my friend, but I see why you'd want to get one anyway.

If you still feel like you would want one, I would understand and try to discuss matters with my friend further. I am sorry for any complications this may cause you(such as, if it were to be a gift). Again, my apologies and I will work this out with you to the best of my abilities.
