There are a few marks on the cd when I bought it, but it plays perfectly. It comes in the original case and outer paper case (which is scuffed a bit from being used, shipped around, and shelf wear) -- but it's hardly noticeable, and the booklet. Only thing missing is the obi.
This cd is out of print, must have for ZIGZO fans. ;)
